Returns & refunds

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a pickup or a replacement at no cost to you. Once we receive the item and confirm the fault, your refund is issued within 3–5 working days to your original payment method or as a cash refund for COD orders.
